Pancakes au sarrasin sans sucres ajoutés | La nutri by Sego

Ingrédients :

 

• 1 banane bien mûre de 120 g environ

• 200 ml de crème végétale au choix (amande ou soja par exemple)

• 1 c. à café de bicarbonate alimentaire

• 1 c. à café de vanille liquide ou en poudre

• 1 pincée de sel

• 1 c. à soupe d’huile d’olive (+ un peu d’huile pour la cuisson)

• 180 g de farine de sarrasin (source de protéines complètes, farine sans gluten)

 

Préparation : 

 

1. Peler la banane et bien l’écraser à la fourchette dans un saladier.

2. Ajouter la crème végétale, le bicarbonate alimentaire, la vanille ainsi que le sel puis mélanger.

3. Incorporer la cuillère à soupe d’huile et la farine de sarrasin.

4. Faire chauffer un tout petit peu d’huile dans une poêle antiadhésive.

5. Prélever 2 c. à soupe de pâte et former 1 pancake.

6. Cuire 3 à 4 minutes de chaque côté, sur feu moyen.

7. Répéter l’opération jusqu’à épuisement de la préparation.
